{2015} Best Wanton Mee and Fishball Noodles in Singapore!

Image
hello lovelies, Today I am going to review the best wanton noodles i have ever ate in my entire life OMG. This is the one i mentioned in my previous post, yes the one my mum raved to me after discovering it a few months back. This is the Hua Kee Hougang Famous Wanton Noodles I went there in the morning and there was barely any queue. So yeah i ordered the 3.50 bowl of wanton noodles as we wanted to have a variety to try from^^ Looks not very appetizing but once you have the first bite.. WOW! There is a very fragrant charcoal burnt smell that i cant put into description but the flavour of these noodles are very rich and the char siew is not too fatty but juicy. The noodles here are springy and without the alkaline taste that i mentioned in my previous post about wanton noodles. However i still prefer the Eng's noodles over this one but this really have the rich taste and traditional flavour that they would easily win over Eng's. Here, their chilli  is not too spicy but al...

hello lovelies:>, I am here again to review 京华小吃 Jing Hua Xiao Chi @ Neil Road. They have been in the papers a few times already and being a fan of 小笼包,饺子,煎饺, yes you get the idea. So i had to give this a try. They have three branches with the Neil Road one being the first one. The other twos are located at Orchard and Bugis. I will put down the alternative branch's addressees down below so look below for more information.  Surroundings. They had a constant amount of people walking in but they are not packed for a Saturday night. Plenty of seats available:>  Menu:)  Tick the quantity yourself and hand it to one of the waitresses.  Sweet and Sour soup. Pretty disappointing as it was not sour at all and it was so starchy and lumps of starch were clearly visible. Not recommended:/  jajangmian 炸酱面 Noodles were chewy and i could tell they were homemade and springy. Not too bad. Above average.  clearer shot of the noodl...
