{2015} Review of Jane's Cake Station's Chocolate Cake!
hello lovelies, Today im here to review my favourite chocolate cake ehheh. I had it once for my birthday probably 8 years ago( omg) and it has been etched into my memory forever since. It is at Jalan Kayu,at this shop called Jane's Cake Station. They have two types of cakes - Chocolate Cake & Durian Cake UUGGHHH look at this gloryyy. This is the 8inch one which costs $37( if i recall correctly). The cake has this top layer of chocolate fudge which is the glossy layer of rich chocolate followed by chocolate cream and super light chocolate sponge. The chocolate here is not very sweet and slightly bitter ( as the cake is slightly sweet) The cake has a slight tinge of saltness compared to some who has a sweet taste overall. This cake is very rich and yet light( ahhaha i know how ironic). The chocolate fudge on top is velvety and rich but the cake is incredibly light so they match each other perfectly..
