{2015} Best Wanton Mee and Fishball Noodles in Singapore!
hello lovelies,
Today I am going to review the best wanton noodles i have ever ate in my entire life OMG. This is the one i mentioned in my previous post, yes the one my mum raved to me after discovering it a few months back. This is the
Looks not very appetizing but once you have the first bite.. WOW! There is a very fragrant charcoal burnt smell that i cant put into description but the flavour of these noodles are very rich and the char siew is not too fatty but juicy. The noodles here are springy and without the alkaline taste that i mentioned in my previous post about wanton noodles. However i still prefer the Eng's noodles over this one but this really have the rich taste and traditional flavour that they would easily win over Eng's. Here, their chilli is not too spicy but also very fragrant. The soup also seems to be made out of soya beans and boiled for a very long time. Very tasty without the MSG(at least that's what my body tells me, i am allergic to MSG). Their wonton is also filled and the meat is very savoury and firm to the bite. Nice! <3
Next, i wanna introduce you to the next stall,
Sorry i mixed it up before taking a shot. Oops... hhehhe These kuay teow noodles are what i like, thicker than the normal type of kuay teow and alittle chewy to the bite. These noodles pack a punch with the use of vinegar which is what i like in my fishball noodles. Awesome!
The soup is also very refreshing and not heavy. Very special. Have not tasted fishball soup tasting this good. Their fishballs also seem to be homemade as they taste about the same ones i get from Tampines Mall's NTUC yong tau foo section. They have these homeade yellowtail fishball and these taste pretty much the same except that these are much larger! LOVE~!

I went there in the morning and there was barely any queue. So yeah i ordered the 3.50 bowl of wanton noodles as we wanted to have a variety to try from^^Looks not very appetizing but once you have the first bite.. WOW!
