Today I am going to review Yoogane @
Bugis! I have seen the queues since they opened when i was dining at Nan
Xiang( now defunct) and was super determined to give it a try too.

Barley Tea. There are not much drink options except for soda and alcohol i guess? :( |
|
The side dishes are Danmuji, kimchi( which was all the stems) and cabbage salad with strawberry sauce( pretty good) |
|
Order
at the door and theres a minimum order of 2 for any meat. Bring more
ppl along as we went as 2 and was stuffed( we brought the leftovers
left) |

The staff helps you to cook the dakgalbi and they even have a cover to prevent splashing oil... |

Jolmyeon( Sticky Noodle) |
|
Our Charcoal Galbi |
|
Done!
The noodles were abit dry in my opinion and they could make it more wet
for easier consumption..... But otherwise the chicken was ultra tender
and the noodles had a chewy texture. It was not very spicy either!~~
Nice! | | |
