hello lovelies:)
Today i am going to review Hui Lau Shan许留山 in City Square which i visited yesterday in a impromptu visit to Malaysia:)
Back then when i went to Hongkong many many years ago i remember loving Hui Lau Shan cos their desserts are so dang good!!!!
Looking for a place to rest in City Square after getting over the jams? Or thirsty for a drink? Or are you just like me, crazy over Hui Lau Shan? :)

Menu, this is their top 10.. |
this was pretty good as i got to try 3 of their top sellers in small portions. Its featured on the menu and if u want variety u can definitely try this. Mango was a little on the sourish side. |
this ice cream cake was good and was a tad sweet for me. |
Mango mochi! I love this!! i feel this is a must order! |
This is their radish cake but i feel that it became mushroom cake. Also, it was very soft and not firm. Not like the one i had in hongkong. Nonetheless, it is still a nice snack. |

Curry fishball. Fishballs were good but the curry was lacking. The curry had an Indian taste to it and wasn't the Chinese style of Curry. Also the curry wasn't hot, it is cold with hot fishballs...... A no for this. |
Chee cheong fan. There are two dressings for this, either the sweet one( which we got) and the curry one . This is actually good. I would recommend this! However the fried thingy at the side was not as good as the cheecheongfan. It was tough and hard to bite. /meh |

they have takeaway drinks too and they are delicious, however i just had gongcha ( i cant resist any gongcha...:)))) |
